1894 Brittiana Halt provided with a roof.
09 February 1894 Kingswear Signal Box Opened.
February 1885 GWR ordered new ferry pontoon for Kingswear 80ft x 27ft and 10ft further in to the river conected with a gangway 12ft wide. Approved by the Board in February 1886 at an estimated cost of £3090.
1895 Additional travelling crane,
1896/7 Footbridge cost £888 and footpath to northside of Waterhead Creak. Extended to Floating Bridge 1913.
